      Senior management steering sinking ship directly into ice berg.

      Good colleagues though most of them have gone.

      Cons

      Senior management have no idea what is going on despite numerous reports. Treat employees like dirt, even those who have given 15 years - not one word or email to say thanks. Do not trust senior management - have mislead employees and customers for years.
