Pros

Having spent 20+ years in the industry, they know what they are doing, better than anyone else today. When you work with them, you stand to gain a lot as all that knowledge and experience just kind of seeps into you as well.

Cons

There is no micro-managing, just guidance. So, if you are someone who needs a constant push, or a manager to provide you with detailed instructions, you may feel a bit lost.

You get to learn a lot. There is a lot of on-the-job training that happens. Seniors are very helpful.

Cons

The client means everything to them, which is great and that’s how a company should be, but it can get stressful at times for newer employees.
