Everything is bad here starting from communication, salary or longevity of work. Since it's a consultancy, they will immediately fire you once their client (they have 2 or 3) drops you or the contract is over.

1. No Job Security - Before accepting the offer, they will call every one hour to check if your are joining. After joining, they will behave rudely if you ask any queries. The projects will end suddenly and there is absolutely no job security. Be extremely wary if you are seeking a long term job. People were terminated within 2 months, because the project shut down. They claim they have many projects but they dont - Financially instable organization. 2. Only WFH - Sometimes, it seems this organization is a scam. The HR's who hired you will magically 'disappear' in days. Its only remote jobs they are offering. No meetings, get together or huddle of any kind. 3. Salary Delayed - The payment of salary depends on the clients; payment. It reflects that this is a financially insecure organization. 4. No Promotion - Please dont expect any career growth, promotions or hikes. In a nutshell - Please dont join this organization if you are looking for a long term career. Its pretty likely this organization will shut off because the projects are drying.
