1.) CEO is a very moody, arrogant, egoistic person who does not care for any inputs. It's either his way or highway. He finds berating employees and hurling abuses amusing. I have personally seen female employees crying because of him shouting. If he is in a bad mood, he will be on the look for someone to catch and would bash them unnecessarily. 2.) Product OLABI is buggy and no proper testing is done. CEO hires people only if they are having very low salaries already or desperate for jobs. He judges them by their face and if you look good with a low salary, it will be easy to impress him. 3.) Improper work assignment. Functional Consultants are overloaded with client handling and also made to do manual testing. DB team is overloaded too and old frameworks are used. 4.) No Air conditioning and unhygienic environment. Breeding ground for mosquitoes. 5.) Salaries offered are not at all up to market standards for experienced people.

1.no company board identity which was quite difficult to get the exact location of the company 2.it's basically a home which is converted to work station with no ac and even fans gets switched off on current disconnection to save power 3.management is too poor for the organization 4.join if urgently need a job change else not preferable 5.people are busy with their own bussiness without teaching others what is their work if they are new and growing skill is too less and slow
