Pros

Absolutely nothing. Yes you get paid well, but that’s true for 90% IT companies these days.

Cons

I had worked here for about 6 years. This company has the worst culture ever that it traumatizes me till date. Organizational structure and office cabins are similar to government offices and mindsprint is deliberately trying to dictate this autocratic culture to keep employees in control. This is evident from their gender ratio, till like 2 years back they had 90/10 men to women ratio. Just so that men can stay late for work and also impose unworthy onsite assignments to nooks of Africa, without their permission. All their managers are 40+ and you would feel like working for a government organization. The only happy people working here are the highly political senior managers and vice presidents who are in time for retirement. I left the organization for good last year and it was the best decision I took. I should warn anyone who is trying to join mindsprint, so this review.

Pros

Nothing is special to mention

Cons

List is huge, first of all I read it here as cons are mostly true. There are around 15 fake positive comments, all 15 fake positive comments are created in one day on 22-Aug-2023, this itself shows the organization's culture. If you work here then you will become a hypocrite because your environment is full of hypocrites, too much of caste discrimination. Useless training is offered, that training will not help you to grow. Huge restrictions on employee laptops due to Infosecurity policies. After I started to work here I lost the confidence to clear the technical interviews. So I seriously don't recommend working here in Mindsprint.

Pros

There are lot of cons, that is their pros

Cons

The work culture is soo toxic here, people are made to work overtime and on weekends against their will and also the work on the weekends are not said in advance, they will say it on Friday evening and make us work Saturday regardless of what family plans we have or what emergencies we have. We also can't raise questions about this to the manager, even if we do we get threatened with losing our jobs . Also if we work overtime there is no compensation and if we work on Saturdays too there is no comp off for another day, the labour laws are a joke here, nothing is taken seriously and this is happening for freshers too. This is happening here on a regular basis, all the departments are like this only here nothing is different. I don't want to mention the particular dept or the manager as it'll become a problem to me . If we ask questions to the manager their response is like if you want to continue here, work unpaid overtime and on weekends too. Seriously some strict action should be taken. Please do not reach this company this will make your life miserable. Instead of getting a job here you can be jobless.
