Pros

Good training to get another job!

Cons

Partnership looks horrible. Latest thing is "Partner Social Norms". CEO (who partners laugh at as she must be the last bad one given bad things come in threes). CEO has given the partners a document saying they have "latent insecurity", people who don't earn fees are costs and that they have resident insecurity!!!! heheheeh sign me up for this!

Pros

Working with the best of the best on the most interesting matters. Excellent training and mentoring for junior lawyers. Good work-life balance.

Cons

You’re a little fish in a big pond and it can be hard to push new ideas. But overall, a great place to work
