Helping clients implement cybersecurity and device management solutions provides you with high-value technical expertise that looks great on a resume. Dynamic Learning Curve: Because you sit right between the technical support/product engineering teams and the customer, you will quickly develop a hybrid skillset—sharpening both your deep technical troubleshooting and your high-level client management/communication skills.

      Cons
