      Pros

      Great team with excellent room for progression and support. Good client base which provides varied projects to work on. Genuinely get the sense that people care for each other and their wellbeing both on a professional and personal level.

      Cons

      Workload is sometimes high and things have to be turned around at pace - but on a plus side, it keeps everyone busy!

      Pros

      Mobas has invested a great deal in Learning and Development over the past two years. There is a new L&D function, branded CPD programme and a commitment to professional development. It has a great team feel, everyone pulls together and we get to work on a broad range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      As with all agencies, the workload can be high at times and deadlines are sometimes short, but point me to an agency where that isn't the case?! The team work well together and the work is always of a high standard.
