Pros

The people at Mobients were always good to me and their gold standard for design helped me develop at a pace that was necessary for keeping up with the rapidly changing mobile landscape. I had the opportunity of shaping the creative team while working closely with UX leadership and talent. These experiences were formative in my development and led me towards a successful career trajectory. I have only positive things to say about this team. We were able to be at the forefront of mobile design and pioneered the leading platform for professional finance.

some good designers there, who were really nice people and good at their jobs and wanted to make great products

Cons

It's probably obvious, but the past ten reviews or so were all either written by the CEO and his wife and/or longtime "original" employees coerced into writing something positive. No cons, really? This is an extremely toxic work environment where many of us cried on a daily basis. We knew the company could tank at any moment. Seriously, don't work here. Employees feel like prisoners.

Mobients is like the family I never had. People here genuinely care about each other and help you succeed. I have never worked with such a diverse group of people who think about things in different ways and yet, come together to get the best out of themselves and their teams. Mobients allows for a freedom to express your thoughts and ideas, and everyone's idea is valuable. There is an excellent variety of exciting projects to work to do, especially for mobile app, internet of things and omni-channel experience. Everyone is important and everyone contributes.

Cons

It can seem very easy to get comfortable here and continue to work on a particular project, although that may not be necessarily a bad thing.
