Work from home and my immediate team.

Cons

Cruel and ignorant leadership (Sales and Ops) who did not listen to their staff and customers. They drove a successful business into the ground with their arrogance and then blamed it on sales and account management when all of their core business went to a competitor.

C-level team is running this company into the ground. Top 3 people in the company are clueless and don't communicate. When they screw something up, it's blamed on subordinates and people are laid off to protect C team. Narcissistic behavior. Rude management. Zero encouragement or appreciation. Constant lies. This company won't exist in a year.
