      Pros

      Work is very interesting, both the algorithms and the fact that this is a real life saving product. People are truly amazing, including middle management, both professionally and personally. Very little interaction with senior management, which from what I've heard is nasty.

      Cons

      Compensation is 20% lower for similar positions elsewhere. HR can be downright nasty and inconsiderate - in theory the're trying to save some money, but it's really just a conservative attitude designed to cover their own mistakes, that ends up screwing over workers.

      Lack of strategy in the aftermarket, no clue how to run a business in the U.S.

      The product is amazing and saves lives especially in this world of driver distraction.

      Cons

      No leadership, no vision in the US aftermarket product. They are not willing to work with employee's or customers to make things better for all. So cheap and unorganized that your success and theirs won't happen.
