Pros

Company sells products for people with mobility issues. You fall in love with the clients.

Cons

No clear concise job description. Each store is run differently. No help with Human resource issues: example: bullying, ethical issues, or time keeping. Manager is never available. Service department isn't managed well, making the store look disorganized and frustrates the clients. Management refuses to return clients phones calls or assist in clients comfort.

False advertising

Business outlook

Pros

Entrepreneurial place to work, helping clients is good, learn to network.

Cons

Poor local management. False advertising with sales salaries. Often ads read 100K, assuming the market is in an up cycle, you don't have a GM playing favorites, or multiple locations nearby and the demographics that support 5-6 vehicle sales a month, you might hit that number. But doubtful.... Simple interview questions, ask GM to prove the number of vans sold in one year at that location. Divide that by number of sales people. Then calculate $1200 per vehicle (average) and see if you hit your salary target. Most experienced people leave due to no base salary increases accounting for increased experience, you make same as someone with no experience.

Pros

You get to help customers that have disabilities gain more independence. Employees seem to care about their jobs and work well together. Great work schedule with most holidays off.

Cons

Company has terrible pay plan. They pay you a small base salary and give you a matching draw. You have to sell 6-7 vans to make a living which sounds easy, but definitely not with the amount of leads provided and the amount of foot traffic. It seems to take a long time to make and finalize a deal, finance department is a joke! You better have some money in the bank if you want to survive when you don't sell 6-7 vans, unless you are happy making little money.
