      The job itself is not hard. Actually quite easy if you have half a brain.

      Cons

      Karen Hutton(Owner) is driving the place into the ground. Talks down to people and is so disconnected she thinks taking away commission and bonus’ makes it ok to dump more money into useless programs and new features that cost in the millions. Most GMs haven’t seen a raise in literal years.

      The job is easy and pays pretty well. Coworkers were all cool.

      Anytime someone from corporate came it was hell. The ceo came once and fired a kid on the spot
