Pros

Had a great interview process, everyone was nice and friendly and interesting. Girls like the discount.

Cons

Fired after 3 weeks with very little meaningful feedback. My direct manager was gone for 1 out of the 3 weeks I was there. There wasn't any handholding and I had to figure out the rather complicated codebase immediately without much help. It feels like all the information they gave was so that when they fired me they could have some documentation.

Pros

Lots of talented, hardworking people walk through the office doors that truly have an elevated perspective and impressive backgrounds in the fashion business. Unfortunately, these same promising people leave as quickly as they came in most instances. Beyond that location is very nice, as it's in one of the quieter parts of the city. Not overrun with tons of pedestrian traffic, which makes for a serene environment.

Cons

Directions are constantly changing faster than anyone can keep up with and it has created an environment that has most people in the company feeling incredibly stressed. This does not seem to be changing anytime soon. Executive team from Tesla has come in with new directives (which is not unheard of), except that none of them have a clue of what to do with Moda's particular fashion business model. Literally every other day, there is a new directive and people are weary of the changes as they seem to be made with little to no regard to how they will work down the line. Entire initiatives have been created and scrapped within just a few weeks/months, adding up to countless wasted hours of work. Beyond the executive board, many other employees also have no idea how to lead their teams. There are some teams where it is painfully obvious that certain people do the vast majority of the work, but nobody will openly acknowledge this. Lots of attitudes, meltdowns, nervous breakdowns, etc on any given day.
