Pros
Base pay is fair for area and industry, benefits are decent. Many holidays off. No pressure to work overtime, people are nice. Growth and transfer opportunities are available.
Cons
Top-heavy, tone-deaf leadership. Sweeping job cuts and a doubtful future in Racine means dismal employee morale. Slow, unclear processes hamper tasks and projects. Large business decisions now revolve around the stock instead of customers, employees, or products. Lack of employee events.

Pros
Great work community and support. The work challenges you to stay organized and think forward and prepare for many situation. No day is similar to the last.
Cons
For those that look for in depth training on the position or defined responsibilities, this may not be for you. You wear many hats in this roll and have to adapt to whatever task comes which makes it hard to train for but there is a large support group that can point in a direction to find your solution to a problem or task.
