Be aware of what you're getting into

Pros

Nice facility. $20-$22/hr but tips are iffy because they bill insurance so patients think they don't have to tip.

Cons

Poor management. Med-Low pay for LMT's. Rooms are too warm for LMT's and we're required to wash our own face cradles and towels. Linens are always piled to the ceiling cause mgmt doesn't regularly schedule pickups. Sketchy over billing to insurance.. plus you never see the doctor that's supposed to be on duty. Never even met the doctor I write my soap notes under... perhaps he doesn't exist.

Pros

$10/hr, Free massage once a month, laid back environment with a small staff.

Cons

$10/hr, should get paid more for the hard work done. Management is pretty good, and coworkers are friendly.
