Pros

Pros are very limited like they have good latest tech stach

Cons

Work culture is worst, They often try to market themselves as mid level company but actually it's a startup with no policies structured yet, 0 Work life balance and constant micro management and pressure with corporate politics

Pros

Good learning, latest technology stack. Final note – Even if this organization offers higher pay, do not join. You will regret it.

Cons

No health benefits – No health insurance coverage or NPS schemes are provided. • Hectic developer experience – The overall developer experience feels unstructured and overwhelming. • Poor tooling – Tools used are immature, buggy, and often unreliable. Assets frequently hang and are not up to the expected standard. • Rigid coding practices – Even if you implement correct logic in a different way, it won’t be accepted. You must strictly follow the exact style and approach dictated, which is frustrating and limits creativity. • Overemphasis on coding style – Work revolves around logic and implementation similar to what is done elsewhere, but there is excessive rigidity on code style, making the process frustrating and demotivating.
