      Pros

      Fantastic colleagues and overall supportive work environment. Certainly feels like your scientific input is valued. Great feeling of collaboration between scientists in different departments so many opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      The company have made a conscious effort to try and improve development opportunities over the years however promotions are hard to come by. Poor parental leave package.

      -Working on a novel cell therapies that would provide treatment for unmet clinical needs for which patients are waiting, -Visionary and supportive management -Good work-life balance -Organised and well-equipped laboratories
