With the job I had you never really knew when you were coming or going. some days I got to work and left within two hours and my last day I stayed about 18. I didn't know when I would be heading in the next day until I left that day and that was impossible to schedule anything around.
The first seven months I worked there I was a temp worker before finally getting hired on. After getting hired I was always told I couldn't get a raise because my production rates weren't consistent enough. even after bringing my production up to average I was still told the same thing. so for about a year I stayed at base pay before finally leaving.
