      Multiple roles with no purpose

      Pros

      Ground staffs are great to work with. Good company to join if you have little to no ambition.

      Cons

      Privileged Sales team is a nightmare to work with. New ideas are not welcomed. Asians tend to be regarded as second class in this company. Multiple task force with no executable plans and objectives. Absolute zero career progression.

      Pros

      Ground staff is great and friendly.

      Cons

      - Top heavy. Very little ground staff. - Ground staff have to take up multiple unnecessary roles on top of current workload as management unwilling to do it. - No proper HR available. HR consultant only and does nothing. - Inflexible & Long work hours (8.30am - 6.30pm). - No changes being done after multiple feedback from ground staff. - Only good workplace if you are a foreigner as they are more biased towards them.

      The people, but only the ground staff.

      Cons

      Top heavy. Always ask for ground staff to voice out opinion to reject it in the end. Heavy bias treatment to the sales team. Ground staff effort not appreciated. All in all, join if you just want to get a job and don’t care for internal unfair treatment, unless you join the sales team or westerner. Top management often make degrading/negative comments about Asian people as well..
