Pros

Good Salary and Perks for New Joinees, But salary and money should not only be looked into. Thrust me, money is not everything, you need peace of mind to work and go home happy. It never happens in the Present Management (Koch) team. Guiding principles preaching everyday from your Boss, which is only from top to down approach (one way). If you challenge the process .........thats it.... keep listening.

Cons

Earlier Management was good (prior to Koch Acquiring) , the present one is not employee oriented, No Job security especially if you are working in Connector & Harness Division (Bangalore) be careful. You never know when is your last day at Molex. If you make your mind and dont have any choice, make sure you are pet to your boss and their boss, never argue, never use you brain / head and give inputs, Ideas.

Pros

As far as the company as a whole is concerned it’s a pretty decent organization. There are many people with good knowledge in their areas of expertise, hence there is scope for learning, if you are in the right team.

Cons

As far as Molex India Business Services (MIBS) - ‘Supply Chain Services (SCS)’ team is concerned, it is one of the worst place to work. Firstly there is no learning, all the redundant and data entry type tasks are handled by the SCS team. Things like Trade & Customs, Freight Management and Logistics are handled by engineers who lack proper knowledge or experience, including the manager who has only five years of experience and lacks even the basic knowledge of supply chain. Performance is measured by the number of times you say “yes boss” and hours spent in office. There is lot of office politics. New rules and regulations are created out of thin air by the manager, which ironically does not apply to the manager himself. Creativity, innovation and knowledge have no value in this team. Most people hired here were freshers, now even after close to a year in this team, there knowledge in Trade & Customs and other areas of Supply Chain is still negligible. If you are looking for learning and building a career in a positive direction, my advice, avoid Supply Chain Services (SCS) team in Bangalore.

Pros

lot to learn as workload will be double and good for freshers and people who started their career

Cons

Director of India is a bully ,exploitive and take advantage of people by paying low salaries and if they are skilled and good at work when they leave he will then ready to pay, Great company and principles on which it work but top level people made fun of the principles which Molex as a company of Koch defined .
