Terrible pay worst in the industry. Don't listen to workers. Promote people based on who they know not if they are good at there job so it's full of incompetent people

- Don't have bullying complaints seriously - Leadership team are two faced, they will talk rubbish about staff in their in-house friendship groups - Staff think they are in competition with other staff members - Selected rules for different staff
