No pros at all. Nothing good about this place - this is no exaggeration
Cons
Heavily micromanaged with the CEO and directors working on the same floor as you, constantly looking over your computer screen. Zero career progression opportunities Zero work/life balance They have trust issues, wouldn't let you work from home during the COVID19 pandemic even though most people were able to. No canteen - people would much rather eat in their cars than to sit with each other. The only positive review here is from the head of the department so please I urge you not to be fooled. If you want to hate going to work all your life, then apply. If not, I suggest you look elsewhere - honestly ANYTHING would be better than this place.
