Pros

Moncler is the ultimate luxury company for employees who want to learn and grow. Our COO has said that CEO/founder Mr. Ruffini would like to see the next future CEO to be promoted from within, anyone is eligible-- hopefully and could be one of the Store Managers...

Cons

Store Managers and all store members have uniforms... Most if not all other luxury companies General Manager or Store Manager get to pick allotment of their merchandises to wear which is a smart way to promote brand awareness.

Pros

It’s a luxury brand. That’s kind of the only good aspect.

Cons

Had the displeasure of working with the most unprofessional managers and supervisors imaginable. Absolute mess of leadership and the people with management or director positions should all lose their jobs due to the ineptitude.

Pros

Luxurious product, cool clients, company discount

Cons

Toxic people, no work-life balance whatsoever, expect you to bend over backwards for them, no room for growth/promotion, no respect for assistants, terrible pay, made me get them coffee every morning
