      Great Benefits but don't fall for it

      Health Insurance, 401K, Salary and HR Lead

      Cons

      Sales department is a complete mess, they commit to clients without following procedures and then all other departments are expected to fall in line. Roles are created on the fly, no real advancement opportunities if you aren't part of the cool kids.

      Remote Good pay Company equipment provided Unlimited PTO That’s it

      Company is a start up - very disorganized Content dept. management is on a power trip No promotion if not friends with management Company events “not mandatory” yet expected to attend all Mistreatment of autistic employees Minimal training for any given role No control over workload - you do whatever you get assigned, if any

      Very stagnant if you're not American or a favorite within the company. Lots of favoritism.
