Pros
I think Moneysmart is a good place to work for, you have a lot of nice colleagues & a lot of freedom to decide the way how you want to work/contribute.
The company really cares about the people, especially during the pandemic, unlike the other companies where they fired a lot of people during that period.
And the new CPO (Max) is awesome to work with, very friendly, he takes your feedbacks seriously & set a clear direction for the product team.
Cons
Perks and Benefits can be better to attract more talents & keep people staying.
