There are no pros. This company treats it's employees poor very poor. I wouldn't recommend most of monjon guards to look after fairy bread at a children's birthday party. He's guards are mainly from overseas imports. Destroying the pay rate of real guards. You will have no life, you will go to work , wake up and go back to work, for a flat rate of $23 day, afternoon and nights plus weekends and public holidays. The security industry in Victoria is rife with dodgey under paying workers. I dont know how you get a security license and not understand english. To the security industry pay your workers fairly for what there worth and the type of work they do. Wheres the travel expenses covered, extra pay for working over time , extra for working weekends and public holidays. The security industry is corrupt and relys in overseas exports. The security industry is a joke and poorly pays its workers. Mon jon is one of the worst companies i have came across. But there are a lot more dodgey security companies than good. Pay your workers fairly and stop paying the minimal what you can get away with. And stop destroying your industry on cheap imports , destroying workers wages. The security industry needs to be cleaned up. Bigtime. Security industry poorly pays its workers in general.

Mon jon is a joke. He treats his workers like slaves, stay away from this miserable pathetic company. They pay very very poorly. Its not funny. Your guards are cheap imports. The security industry as a whole poorly pays its workers. Its not right. The security industry is a bloody joke, on how poorly they pay workers. For the record john , do not ever ever tell someone not to use the word mate. This is Australia and im a proud aussie. And your hero would be the north Korean dictator. You are a disgrace how you run your security company and treat your workers. Stay away from this company.
