      sexist, no equal pay between men and women doing the same job with same experience, mental health not taken seriously, women not taken seriously afterall, it's a man's world

      Salary bifurcation is nice, credited on time.

      Cons

      Nobody here knows what they are doing, the culture is one of empty work and relaxed as long as you don't question anyone. Media Monks is currently heading into losses and is laying off employees which nobody on the floor is either aware of or they are actively hiding it. There were little/no appraisals in 2023, same or worse expected in 2024.
