      Culture of the Company has changed for bad. On the name of changing product strategy it is ruining culture.

      Pros

      Energetic and passionate teams and opportunities to work in multiple projects across the board. Allowed to play TT and playstation in office which reflects friendly environment

      Cons

      Micro management and people specific process are pain. Lot of office politics where people are working to save their back instead of constructive work. Core working hours are to be adhered where coming time is stringent at 10 am but no heed is paid to leaving time (4 pm).

      Pros

      You will be getting some work and some salary + some perks.

      Cons

      All the pros will look good in the beginning but sooner you will realise you are degrading our value in market; not learning anything new and just doing rinse-repeat. There is politics everywhere and no R&D being done. If you talk to any old employee there, I think not even a single one is still with Monotype because they have realised what is happening. If you want to just have a job for namesake and earn some income, go for it otherwise look for somewhere else.

      you may feel the guy working with you is paid more than you. People are leaving company. Manager's first company. No good projects and work. Poor leadership.
