Pros
Everyone is data-centric and you have an entire community to share similar experiences and challenges together. Like other consulting companies, you get to see multiple projects and learn much quicker than if working on a single project forever alone. MTLA likes to share knowledge to the community too, so big effort on upskilling everyone within the company and outside as well, which is an awesome mindset
Cons
As with any growing startup, process is evolving rapidly so process do change and you may be unaware.
