      - You learn many things - Most of the colleagues are very great to work with - The office is new and state-of-the-art - There is a gym in the office - There is a standard procedure for each project to follow - it is not chaotic

      - Bad allocation of projects - High turnover rate - Bad communication between different levels of management and the shop level - There is no time to use the gym, especially if you are a project manager
