      40+ if they pay right.

      Cons

      Awful management, issue old uniforms,low quality of managers, allowed managers lie/cheat clients, wouldn't pay for time off (even when you earned personal time), lost contracts due to incompetent leadership, high turnover, low pay, promised raises (didn't get), poor treatment of employees

      Stay Away and Save Yourself

      Pros

      There are not a lot of pros. I don't know what to say about them.

      Cons

      They hire people in at one wage, then walk around with wage reduction letters just a month later. They overwork the field supervisors to the point they can't even get out to check on the team. And when it comes time to leave the company, they treat you like crap even if you give them a month's notice. Oh, and don't ask for time off. They will make you feel so guilty about it.
