      Pros

      Surrounded by great colleagues working on interesting things and with a positive company goal. From the bottom to the top everyone is kind, smart, and cares about the individuals and collective output.

      Cons

      It's a classic start-up, every month is the most important in the company's history and every project could be the one to get us through the next funding stage etc.

      Pros

      A company with both an environmental reason for being, coupled with some amazing technology - and technologists to help get it where it wants to go. Super friendly and a sense of one team. Approachable management

      Cons

      It's a start up and all the lovely chaos that comes with that... Not really sure that's a 'con' because some of us thrive in an environment where you can make a real difference

      - A very friendly startup company. Looking after employees and quickly responds to any needs. - Extremely focused on implementation of a strong idea of applying AI to electrical motor design. - Very clever people working for the company giving a big scope to learn from them.

      Cons

      Being a startup it needs to improve on some processes.
