No room for advancement. The pay is out of date with Denver's high cost of living. The owner's only care about themselves and are clueless and delusional about the lives of their staff. Sexual harassment is a norm here. No one holds the Moody family accountable for their actions. CEO is in his 80's and runs the company like it's still 1980. It's not worth working here just to get insurance experience, you can go some where else and get compensated fairly. The benefits are horrible and expensive! Which is weird, because it's an insurance company that claims to treat it's staff like family. Very strict policies on working from home. Basically you can't unless you are someone who gets special treatment. It doesn't seem like the owner's even like the staff.
