      Pros

      Very nice co workers, relaxed schedule for work hours, informal dress code.

      Cons

      Stressful work environment. CEO Pete Ryan is a nutcase, treats employees terribly. He doesn't seem to understand that treating your employees like crap doesn't improve the quality of their work. CEO will pull you into his office just to talk smack on other employees, where you just sit and agree with him. Of course you know he pulls everyone into his office to do the same thing, he talks down on everyone. I'm sure it makes him feel better.

      Pros

      Co-workers are actually very friendly and fun to be around. I was showed nothing but respect from my peers.

      Cons

      The management, or lack there of. Whenever someone quits or is fired (which happens often) some other poor schmuck is asked to take over all tasks without training or a raise. I also agree with another review here that states that insults are personal and abusive.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers make the company. Fairly flexible schedule. Casual work environment and great location in Arroyo Grande.

      Cons

      CEO Pete Ryan is cruel. He will come off very friendly and personable at first (mostly by asking extremely inappropriate questions about your family and relationships in the interview), but if anything goes wrong (and that happens a lot here) he will hunt down someone to blame. If you don't join him in berating this person he will then turn on you. He is extremely inappropriate in his communications and even made a rape joke in at least one staff meeting.
