      It is a drawing job

      Cons

      Deceptive management, payment was months apart even for full time in studio employees. Consistantly underbid for jobs and then expect staff to work overtime and for free to get work done. And many more.

      Cons

      Low pay, they don't seem to know what they are doing. The company is constantly in a desperate scramble. They lack focus and adjust the scope of their projects far too often and ambitiously. Employee moral is low as well as the confidence in the leading members in the team.

      - Co-workers were nice, competent, and helpful - Management was helpful and to the point - I could live close-by, and the company helped me with relocation. - Took employee's thoughts on company seriously - Good Benefits
