Work is consistently available is the only one.

Cons

Conflicting instructions. Too many issues with everything, including for instructions given by editors themselves. THEY NEVER PAY ON TIME for Contract workers. Months late. How would you feel not getting paid for your work for two months after. They under pay like crazy.

Interesting content, Free pizza on Thursdays.

Cons

No training, style sheets conflicting and confusing, virtually no interaction with other employees except through Instant messaging. Workload and volume so high unable to meet demands and take a lunch break. Everybody eats lunch over keyboards. Sink or swim atmosphere, design to burn employees out and discard.
