I have been working at Morrisons full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good benefits and holidays. Good people.

    Cons

Very bad work/life balance. Unrealistic work load for department managers due to lack of staff to delegate to. Senior management quick to give out warnings rather than helping to achieve a main goal. Directors unwilling to invest in hours at store level to improve the stores.

    Advice to Management

Look after the staff at lower levels, they are your best asset when challenging rival supermarkets.
