Pros
Kick start to career Time punctuated for office entry time not for leaving ,you can be much late.
Cons
Currently Team leader is kind of thug, If you are a girl you can be Team Lead after 6 months but you have to pay for it. Company don’t take about employees, Work and life can’t be balance. Poor management More than 10 hour working and can’t be less than 10 otherwise you have to take half day but only for some employees. There is not team play because of Bad leader. 4 resign within two months. Employee are not valuable for them. You can’t expect 1% help from company.
