Pros
it was hard to even think of a single pro.. i guess its nice that you work from home
Cons
-guaranteed to be overworked -many employees experienced messed up pay on multiple occasions -company provides no equipment or compensation for the purchase of -you will have to fight for any company swag and your promised stock in the company (highly suggest consulting a lawyer in regards to the stock) -company withholds pay from employees and makes it difficult to resolve -company has let go of many employees with absolutely no warning even if they have acquired visas from overseas to work their role or are relying on the placement to complete their co-op They do a very good job of pretending to be a caring management team at the beginning, but this is the very definition of an employer that you DO NOT want to work for.
