Previous company sold to Muller. Muller is inefficient with funds. Muller treats the business like a travel agency for higher ups. Sales declined significantly leading to layoffs. They claim they don't have funds to pay vendors or provide necessary tools such as drills, but they can spend thousands upon thousands a month on international travel.

The worst management imaginable. Toxic work environment. A joke of a company that cannot create profit no matter how hard they try. Don’t even try to work here if you are a minority. I hired a minority employee when I worked there and he was run off. I was harassed by other employees for hiring him as well as for giving another minority interviewee a tour. Racism is common here. The fact that the only positive reviews are from the HR manager should tell you something. Do yourself mental health and career a favor and don’t even interview here. Those that stay do so because they cannot get a job elsewhere.
