Pros

Multi-Ad is a great place to work, great co workers with engaged management. You are always learning and being challenged.

Cons

Multi-Ad can be a high stress during certain times of the year, however this is true for any place of employment.

Pros

The company has great people working for them. They allow for flexible scheduling to allow employees freedom to attend school functions, doctor appts etc…

Cons

They hire low level employees on a loophole called "part time full time" which allows them to work you 40+ hours and not give you certain benefits (insurance and paid time off) This is legal and they can continue to do it as long as they want. There is a huge turnover of employees in certain departments. Management seems to only be focused on how to work us more for less.
