      Open company culture makes it relatively easy to get in on a wide range of projects, ranging from transmission grid substation design to wind park energy yield assessments.

      Cons

      Traditionally a large number of construction engineers in a market that is somewhat shifting toward more strategic and energy related needs. This puts more than ideal pressure on some key resources within the company to pull more weight over time than what is healthy, exposing the company to unnecessary risk.
