1. It’s a hire and fire organisation so if you are well-settled in your current role don’t change for a hike of a few grands. 2. Extremely poor HR department. 3. Poor annual increases. 4. You will be at the mercy of the higher management so will have to keep them impressed. 4. No work-life balance. 5. Extremely long working hours. 6. Very poor overtime policy. 7. Your concerns will fall on deaf ears 8. Very high pressure work environment 9. Employee benefits = 0 10. Employees are the least of management concern they are more focused on the projects 11. The issues or concerns you put forward the management will be used against you as your failure

Very poor management, no health insurance, no benefits, no carreer opportunities nor even training programmes, no positive feedback. If you agree to work on site as a surveyor they will never let you work in the office(data processing is in India). No salary raise (despite inflation).If you need help - nobody cares. This place is just a ridiculous mess.
