      Everyone is super kind and always willing to help you out. Upper management is transparent and checks in on employees to make sure their work/life balance is good during the pandemic.

      Cons

      More intensive training is needed for new hires and/or hiring people with more data analyst knowledge. Growth within company takes a while.
