Pros

Passionate teams, especially in country who are really dedicated to the work and bringing about positive impact to the global health field.

Cons

Lack of oversight by top management - favorites in the leadership team pretty much have full reign in supervising with lack of clear direction, set objectives or performance measurements. No recourse when employees are penalized as a result of extremely ambiguous performance reviews not based on concrete performance guidelines or results.
