Pros

Health insurance. That’s all I can think of

Cons

Stressful work Non-stop work days. Of course at a job you are supposed to work and be productive but this position is different. From 8:30-4:30 you will be answering phones and doing paperwork NON-STOP. Passive aggressive and ineffective management. Incredibly rude customer base No free time during the day. You will be working harder than anyone in the whole entire bank! No exaggeration Very little appreciation from management for the work we do. Constantly monitored. God forbid I take 10 minutes off the phone to decompress. They force you to be on the phones even when getting a coffee.

Pros

Nothing interesting. Hostile work environment.

Cons

-> hostile work environment -> manager does not have a vision for new or old employees -> old technology and software -> does not provide proper work training -> saw three new hires that fired within 2 months of joining -> they hire to fire people -> stay away from this bank -> NO CARRIER GROWTH
