Pros

Occasional things - Pizzas, FiveGuys, Maccies (only given at around 7pm) Socials can be fun

Cons

TO BEGIN - Please make sure you’re looking at recent reviews, if you see a ton of great reviews, this is likely because the CEO has made his staff put reviews in As someone who has worked there for 2 years+, I’ve seen a lot of things: 1. Certain departments get paid overtime, and certain ones don’t despite doing the same job. 2. The way the CEO treats the staff. There are times where people have been let go or moved departments a day into their job as they changed their plans and the employer being very upset about this. He will also talk bad about other staff in front of you and then ignore that staff member completely the next day. 3. Management are very pushy and adds needless pressure when there would be no need. 4. The CEO goes on about how he wants his staff to have a social life, but once you leave on time eg at 6pm despite the day being amazing or bad, you will get pressured to stay and if you still go, you end up getting called into a meeting, commission docked, and on worse cases, SACKED! I would advise if you are young, do not go into this company as you will not have anytime to yourself, you’ll be working 10am - 8pm everyday and sometimes starting at 9am. Look elsewhere

Pros

They give u a fleece?

Cons

It’s a scam company. I now know 2 people along with myself that they fired within 2 weeks of hiring for no reason at all. They find young people on job websites to come in for an interview and give them the job. You then work for 2 weeks and they fire you. Not sure what kind of business this is or maybe they are just financially unstable. They don’t give people a chance. Also, they pay under minimum wage. They make out on instagram and TikTok they are a fun company but no one really talks to each other and on breaks it’s very awkward and no where to sit alone. Also no where near by to get lunch. Have to work every other Saturdays and you don’t get bank holidays off, only allowed to take a week holiday at a time. They expect you to work over time but don’t get paid. Don’t go to this company. I warned my friend and he took the chance and then got fired the same two weeks later.

Toxic Company with Toxic Management

Pros

The idea of the company is great, very original and needed in the insurance space. Some incredibly bright and talented staff

Cons

CEO and higher management have absolutely no people skills and encourage negative and toxic behaviour. No qualified HR so any issues raised are often ignored or result in being fired. Despite advertising and hiring for entry level roles, they provide little to no training and expect you to bend over backwards to get to their remote office with no public transport links. No respect for anyone whatsoever, the CEO makes inappropriate remarks and comments about and to his staff. Staff are pitted against each other, and favouritism is so obvious - one person gets away with something another would be fired for. Lack of fair progression, as the undeserving favourites are given all opportunities. Very calculated decision to hire young staff who have no idea about employment rights or how they’re being paid under minimum wage. No work/life balance - being made to feel guilty for leaving when your shift ends or having a day off, expectation to work every Saturday and being singled out as ‘not a team player’ if you don’t work overtime for no pay
