      Horrible Because of Terrible CEO

      Pros

      As others have said it is great that everyone has begun to realize how terrible Ramesh really is. This used to be a great company, but that changed the day an inept CEO-Ramesh took charge.

      Cons

      Well they just fired yet another person for no reason at all. This time it was the HR director who was a great person. She always went above and beyond for the employees of myus. Ramesh seems to be firing all management that was hired by someone other than him. I can tell you that Ramesh is dishonest. He has changed numbers and inflated numbers to make him look better than he is. He is the worst excuse of a human being much less a leader. He is truly a waste of space and air, and is respected by no one!

The entire management team is dedicated to both our client and employee experience. Since employee satisfaction is so critical, we have initiated an Employee Satisfaction Action Team to provide recommendations and suggestions to management. This team has been meeting for a number of weeks and has already accomplished much. If you have concerns, you are always welcome to talk to anyone on the management team, including Ramesh, or provide action-oriented suggestions to your colleagues who represent the Employee Satisfaction team.

      It Just Keeps Getting Worse

      Pros

      The only pro that currently exists is the competitive pay. There used to be many more, but since the private equity firm takeover, the pros have become fewer and fewer.

      Cons

      1. The CEO seems to be very clueless overall. 2. Senior management is a do as I say, not as I do type of group. They are constantly taking off and "working from home." 3. There are so many people currently being fired that it is very alarming. So much for the mutual respect that the CEO speaks of. Apparently his English skills suck as bad as his leadership. Last time I checked, it was not respectful to fire people for no reason. 4. The CTO has many great people working under him that are constantly saving him from looking as bad as he really is. But, it is very exhausting to have to constantly cover for someone's shortcomings. 5. Anyone reading this review: This is NOT the type of place you want to work. DO yourself a favor and find a better employer!

      Pros

      The main pro I see is that the last 3 reviews talking about how horrible Ramesh and Neal are have been spot on. I am glad to see people are beginning to see how terrible these two really are.

      Cons

      Two names here: Ramesh and Neal. These two are equally clueless and have no idea how to lead. I truly have no idea how they got where they are. There have been far better CEOs at this company, and I am hopeful the next one will be better. Hopefully I will be able to wait until that happens.
