Pros? What Pros'? lol.. If there is any senior management who deserves an award for most incompetent then it should go for Mylan India!

Cons

The President of India is incompetent and all the senior management think Mylan is their father's; SVP's, VP's and heads are all are getting their Son's, relatives into company irrespective of skill sets. Nepotism is rampant. If global peoples does one simple audit of co-relating current hires with management, everybody will be exposed. But that's the thing; nobody cares.

Scope for Learning Salary components are nice even though the pay is less. Not much to say about the pros.

1. Filled with insecure people that try to cash in with foul mouths. 2. Most of the people are incompetent technically but hired because of references. 3. If you work for 2 years in this team you will be fit for dustbin.
